Drop the merged packing-slip-and-label PDF. It groups every shipment by what is inside: single-product boxes first, then two-product boxes, and so on, with the product you have the most boxes of leading each group. You get back one PDF with each slip still followed by its own label. Everything runs in your browser.
Slip data from each PDF you drop (shop, buyer usernames, products, prices, tracking numbers; no addresses) is stored by the operator of this tool.

A shipment starts at a page whose first line is “Whatnot Packing Slip” and that names a “To:” customer. Any following page that also starts with “Whatnot Packing Slip” is a continuation of the same slip.
The label is the first page after that with no text at all, since labels are images. Slip pages and label stay together, in that order.
The products are read from the slip rows, with the lot number such as “#12” removed. A box with two of the same product counts as one SKU.
The order is 1-SKU boxes, then 2-SKU, and so on. Inside each, boxes with the same contents sit together, biggest pile first (or A to Z). Within a pile, customers A to Z.
Local pickup slips, marked LOCAL PICKUP in their header, have no label. When included they sit together at the end and count in the product count; untick the option to leave them out of the PDF, the count and the index.
Every slip’s own item total is compared with the rows read from it. A box where they differ is flagged, never dropped.
